In Forno at Charlestown was an amazing experience for mum and I today. The stone fire pizza with freshly made dough was delicious and the cocktails are very well made. The service was amazing and we will definitely be back!

The best pizza by the slice in Newcastle. Wow what a fantastic experience with Newcastle's only Detroit style pizzas. Inforno Charlestown square, is in" the corner dinning" precinct of Charlestown square near rascal burger and the 4 pines brewery and not only was their Detroit Style pizza amazing, there was also an awesome value for money option in their "pizzas by the slice". We enjoyed a few delicious vegan Detroit style pizza slices and a delicious red lemonade that was more like a mocktail that a soda. The team and especially the owner or guy in charge was considerate and welcoming especially concerning our Vegan dietary restriction. There was no problem and the meal was so good that it didn't even need vegan cheese though plant-based cheese is an option and on one of their specifically labelled vegan Pizzas.

The food was amazing! The food we got was excellent with amazing service. Sierra was an excellent waitress answered all our questions and was very positive friendly and bubbly. It’s definitely a place to try if you are in Charlestown!!

We have recently been to In Forno at Charlestown twice, the first time with friends and last night for date night with my husband. I must say that the food was great! I had the meatballs both times for entree, the Paperdelle Agnello the first night and the Ravioli Rosa the second. I can recommend adding some buffalo mozzarella to the ravioli as suggested by Will (staff). Service was great and the warmth from the pizza oven welcome considering both nights the weather was very wet!

What a lovely evening! We came for a birthday dinner mid-week. Great service - the waitress was really attentive. Food was served so lovely and hot and everything was super tasty. We loved all of our meals - definitely coming back!! My son loved his pesto chicken pasta so much he made sure to leave some for his lunch the next day :)
